Request from us an Application Form for International Students To Study at Tianjin Polytechnic University. Fill in the Form and send it to us by E-mail or by post with the following documents:
(1) The copy of your passport
(2) 4 photos (the same as your passport photo)
(3) Certificate of your degree (provided by the applicants for Bachelor, Master or Doctor Programs)
(4) The copy of HSK Certificate (if you have)

2. Qualification Examination
After the qualification examination, you will receive the Admission Notice and JW202 Form send by Tianjin Polytechnic University.

3. Physical examination
After you receive the JW202 Form, you should take physical examination at a public hospital in your home country. All the items in the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners shall be examined.
A recent photo of yours shall be pasted at the place specified in the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners, with an official stamp of the hospital. The form shall be complete and verified with the examining doctor's signature. If the form fails to comply with these requirements or is dated more than five months before the date of your arrival, a re-examination is required, and you shall pay the required fee.
If you arrive without a physical examination or the examination does not meet the requirements, you should take the examination here at the Tianjin Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine, and you shall pay the required fee. Those who fail to pass the examination shall leave China within the specified period of time.

4. Get your visa
Go to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your home country to get an X visa (student visa) or an F visa (traveler visa). Remember to bring with you your Admission Notice, JW202 Form, Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and your passport.

5. Inform us of your arrival
The applicant should fax or email us the date of your arrival at one week in advance, so that we can arrange for your accommodation.
If you wish us to meet you upon arrival, inform us in advance the detailed information about date, time (Beijing time), airport (only Beijing Airport and Tianjin Airport), flight number, etc. A transportation fee shall be charged.

6. Register
Within 72 hours after your arrival, come to register at the International Office, Tianjin Polytechnic University. Bring with you your Admission Notice, JW202 Form, Physical Examination Record for Foreigner, and 6 photos (the same as your passport photo).
Tuition and other fees shall be paid at the time of registration.
